What They Say:

Full, natural-looking coverage with unexpectedly weightless, 16-hour wear. Highly pigmented and perfectly balanced, this breakthrough formula builds and blends effortlessly with just one drop—the result of exclusive innovation uniquely designed to deliver long-wearing full coverage, weightlessly. Shake, pump and blend in sections for complete coverage that’s completely natural looking.
What We Say:
We’ve been on the hunt for a ‘weightless’ foundation for some time, that was until this landed on our desks…
The formula is exactly as described. It doesn’t feel like you’re wearing anything – and it’s true what they say, one drop does your entire face (if you want a fuller coverage then you might need two!).
The foundation is really buildable and comes in a great range of 20 colours/tones – so it’s unlikely you wont find a match.
The pigment and coverage are amazing for such a small amount of liquid foundation. For us, we recommend warming it up a little in your hand before application – which by the way is a dream! The product glides along the skin easily, and blends beautifully, regardless of if you’re using a brush or your fingers.
We tried this on a variety of skin types including sensitive and blemish prone. The results were consistent, it lasted pretty much all day and gave a wonderful healthy glow to our complexions without any irritation or clogging.
NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation sets to a wonderful velvet finish and felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire day – it also didn’t cause any breakouts, even on blemish prone skin.
The product comes in a NARS signature glass bottle with an easy to use pump to dispense. As per the instructions, you must remember to shake it before you use it!
In A Nutshell:
NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation lived up to the hype beyond belief. As cheesy as it sounds, it really does do what it says on the tin, or in this case on the frosted glass bottle.
Priced at £32.00, it doesn’t come cheap. But at a drop a face, it’s going to last you a long, long time.
Will we buy it again? In a word, yes!
